Meet The Team

Miss Julie holds her Masters Degree from THE Ohio State University. She has worked in childcare over 20 years and has been All About Kids director for over 10 years. She believes Early Childhood Education builds a strong foundation for academic excellence. She is Barberton, Ohio where she still lives with her Husband and two kids. In her time outside of work Julie serves on the Barberton Youth Football and Cheer board and as a cheerleading coach.

Miss Melissa has been with All About Kids for over 12 years and has worked in childcare for 21 years. She believes that building a strong relationship with families and staff is key to providing the best care possible for every child. Outside of childcare Melissa also works as a nurse for a local hospital. She is the mother of 4 teenage kids and is very active in the Jackon Township Community with volunteer work and her kids sports and extra curriculars. In her free time, she loves spending time with her kids, enjoys baking cookies, going to the gym and amusement parks.

Michelle has a Bachelor’s Degree with 26yrs of childcare experience. She has been with All About Kids for 11 of those years. She currently serves as a lead infant teacher and is our evening closer. She has 26 total years of childcare experience. She enjoys teaching young children and watching them grow. Outside of work Michelle is married with 3 children and 2 cats and dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, doing crafts and puzzles and shopping.

Melissa has been with our center for 6 years. She has worked with all age groups but has really found her niche working in our infant program. Outside of work Melissa is married with 2 young kids and 2 spoiled dogs. She is active with her family in Boy Scouts and enjoys crafts in her free time.

Miss Alie is a Lead infant teacher for All About Kids and has been with us since 2019. Alie is a key player in helping get our older infants ready for the toddler room and enjoys doing crafts with the kids.

Miss Kaitlen has been with All About Kids for 9 years. She is the Lead Toddler 1 teacher. Her passion for early childhood education began at a young age as the oldest of 7 kids. She loves the toddler ages and will treat every child as if they were her own. Out of work Kaitlen is married with 2 young children and loves spending every free minute with her family.

Miss Sam has worked in childcare for 8 years. She has worked with multiple age groups but has found her home as the Lead teacher in our toddler 2 room. Outside of work Miss Sam is a mother or 2 boys and 1 girl and a furbaby named Thanos. She is a 2011 Fairless graduate and enjoys waterparks, family time and Mexican food.

Miss Tessa is our Lead Toddler 3/Jr Preschool Teacher. She has her Associates in Early Childhood Ed. And is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree. She aspires to be an elementary teacher in the future. Tessa has 9 years of childcare experience and the last 6yrs have been at All About Kids. Outside of work she is the mother of two young sons and 1 kitty and in her free time enjoys baking, roller skating and ANYTHING Star Wars.

Miss Breanna is our Lead Preschool teacher. She has her CDA certification and has been with All About Kids for 8 years. “I believe in the power of building strong meaningful relationships with each child. My goal is to create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore their potential. Outside of work Miss Breanna loves spending time with her mom going to craft shows, coffee and visiting family out of state.

Miss Mikayla is our Lead Pre-K teacher. She has her BA in psychology and has been with All About Kids for the past 10 years. One of her favorite parts of working in childcare is making memories with the kids through classroom activities. Outside of work Mikayla is married with a son. She enjoys reading, music, and family in her free time.

Miss Cassie has been with All About Kids for the last year and has worked in childcare for 4 years. She is currently serving as our float staff where she works with all our age groups. She has a degree in Psychology. Outside of work Cassie has 4 cats and enjoys Pokémon, Asian food, and anything Studio Ghibli.

Miss Melanie has worked in childcare for 18 years and has been with All About Kids for 10. Melanie is very versatile in her work. She currently works as our cook and fills in covering the front desk when needed. Outside of work she is Married with 2 adult children and 2 grandsons. She is a Sunday school teacher and enjoys the Browns, The Cavs, and Ice Cream in her free time.
